Data Science/ML Lead

As our Data Science / ML Lead, you will be the key driver of this transformation within the data team. You'll move us beyond one-off analyses and into a proactive, product-driven mindset. You will not only lead the team in building and deploying our first machine learning models but will also serve as a strategic partner to product teams, embedding data and ML into the product development lifecycle from the very beginning. You'll push forward the vision for how data science can create intelligent, reusable data products that unlock new capabilities and solve specific business problems, driving real outcomes for our teams, users and patients.
